Cancellation Policy

All classes and services must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy You may cancel your booking or reschedule to another available class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes must be completed through our booking system or by contacting us directly before the cancellation deadline. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class are considered late cancellations. We do not offer refunds or account credits for late cancellations. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend a scheduled class or service without canceling in accordance with our policy, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling. This policy helps us account for reserved spaces, supplies, preparation time, and other costs associated with providing our classes and services. Waitlist Policy If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist when available. Waitlist placement does not guarantee a spot. If an opening becomes available, we will notify waitlisted customers according to our booking system's procedures. Customers offered an available spot must confirm and complete any required payment within the stated timeframe. Unconfirmed openings may be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Business Cancellations & Exceptions If we cancel a class or service, we will notify registered customers and offer a refund or the option to transfer their booking to another available class, as applicable. Exceptions may be made when required by applicable law. Policy & Legal Compliance These policies are intended to be applied consistently and in accordance with applicable Arkansas and federal law. All cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show terms will be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
